Can’t Make Stuff Like This Up
OK, I’m chiming in for a quick round of “How Many People End Up Looking Stupid.”
1. Read this story
2. Count the number of people who look stupid by the time it is done.
Man, I love this country.

Clearly the original remark was stupid, my favorite part was the civil rights protest that was called off when it was discovered the “victim” was a blond-haired, white girl.

Welcome to the Hotel California? How insane do you have to be to tell a child that. Worse yet, why did the NAACP stick their nose in something that didn’t involve race?

Wait a minute. Did I just hear that race wasn’t an issue? Clearly, race is an issue in any and every thing that may or may not happen in the world today, or any other day. what about the little African-American children that are named Isis, but will now not be afforded the opportunity to sue Riordan? Were they not affected by his comments (or lack thereof)? The NAACP is welcome to join any debate. To exclude them would be, hmmm, racist?

I don’t know, everybody looked pretty smart. People who wear ties are always smart. But I wear the same khakis with holes in them to work for four days in a row and all of a sudden I’m “unprofessional”.
