I LOVE MY Pitbulls. They are the greatest dogs in the world. ANY dog can be mean if raised wrong. Anybody who hates pitbulls is just plain ignorant. I have had pitbulls my whole life and they have always been loyal, protective, and loving animals. PITBULL HATERS SUCK!!!

I think you are sick!

I felt like you did, way back when I was younger and stupid. That was until a pit bull (Am staff) saved my life. A guy that lived down the street from me had this dog before I moved in to that house. I was very scared at first, until one night I was followed home and almost raped in my back yard trying to unlock my back door. That pit jumped a six foot fence and caused that guy to have 64 stitches in his groin and neck combined.

The dog heard me crying and screaming and saved me. The dog also stayed there until the police showed up and contacted the owner. (He growled until his daddy showed up with treats.) They then checked the hospitals and found the guy. Come to find out, they had 12 warrents out for his arrest, for rape and one murder.

After that I changed my mind about pits. I fell in love with that dog, and treated him like a child. I kept in touch with him and his owner for 3 years after I moved.

None of this was ever in the paper, nor on the news. Noone eveer hears the good things about this breed, only the bad. That’s the most sad part.

When his owner called me to tell me he had died, I cried for a week. That dog was truely an angel.

You’ve got to be kidding me Donna, you call yourself an animal lover? “Animal lover” is a title for someone who loves all animals and does not discriminate by species or breed! You sound more like a psycho to me. By the way, I own a pit bull and I am not a rapper/drug dealer/meth-head, etc. I am a 21-year old white female college student and my dog loves everyone he meets. Try doing your research before you spew all your nonsensical stereotypes!

I hate Pit Bulls and I love what Scott had to say on 11-18-05!! Today I witnessed a Pit Bull maul a 20 year old cat. I was so pissed off I got my van and tried to run over this dog. I chased it to a busy road so it would get hit by a car. I wanted my husband to grab my 9 mil so I can shoot it but he wouldn’t. The owners of the cat were not home so I called 911 and had the 3 city police out to capture this piece of shit animal and the animal control showed up as well. They found the lousy owners who claimed this animal and I am now filling out a damned vicious animal report. I would rather kill the dog! I am an animal lover so you can understand how I felt about the cat. I wouldn’t consider the Pit Bull an animal. It is a monster! I don’t want this particular breed near my house or near my 5 year old son. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and if this dog comes near my house I will shoot it and drag it on my lawn to display it!

I know someone who has two Neapolitan Mastinos(Mastiffs)……These dogs weigh around 220 to 230 lbs each…..One day, arrogant, mean nasty little pitbull that belonged to the meth lab owner up the road, wandered into the yard and peed and pooped in it…..Needless to say, the Mastiffs were NOT happy….Then the mean, nasty little pitbull started menacing the neighbor kids who were playing in my friend’s yard…..Well now, when the Mastiffs saw that, they rammed through the screen door, tearing it off the frame and circled the pitbull, the stupid dog peed and pooped in the yard again, and that did it…..One Mastino grabbed the front, the other one grabbed the hindquarters…..The pitbull was literally torn to pieces…..A week later the pitbull’s drug dealing scuzz bucket owner showed up looking for his dog, and my friend told him, “Well he was here, then he was over there, then over here….Now he’s buried in the corner of the yard near the septic tank…..” Fitting demise for a dog that’s nothing but a status symbol for drug dealers, rappers, white trash, and other detriments to society, to bad the Mastiffs couldn’t do that to the pitbull’s criminallly minded, scuzz bucket owner…The meth lab/pitbull owner told my friend, “That can’t be, no dog can kill a pitbull…..” By the way, the owner of the Neapolitan Mastiffs is a Corrections Officer and a member of the Hostage Rescue Team Oh and by the way, a pitbull was in my driveway when I got home from work one evening and started growling at me. I pulled my .45 automatic and aimed it at him and said, “Get out of here NOW!” in a low and mean voice….The dog was smart, he backed off

[EDITED] today i tryed to shoo a pitbull away from crapping in my yard and it came after me with hackles raised and fangs barred. Ugly ugly beasts. People who own vicious pitbulls are complete losers, generally cracked out scummy or self delusional cowards who need protection because they would be kicked if they didnt have a ugly dog by their side. Stupid owners do not exonerate the dogs from what should be their destiny, to be gassed at the pound.
